Basic 6 Hour Party Rental:

Our hall rental includes tables, basic white chairs, uplights, and full hall draping. We can seat up to 250 guests. Using our main floor and finished basement area. 

AM Event- 9am-3pm
PM Event- 5pm-11pm (6 hours of total rental time!) 

Monday - Thursday (anytime) $1,350
Friday and; Sunday AM $1,550
Friday and; Sunday PM $1,850
Saturday AM $1,850
Saturday PM $2,250

Other Details: 

• Additional Rental Hour- $200 (beyond 11pm) - Our hall can stay open until 2am.
  
  
• Use of Bar area and serve your own alcohol $250
  
  
• Floor Staff included in the base price
  
  
• You are allowed to bring in your own catering at no charge if you choose to not use our catering services
  
  
• Public parking is available and free after 6 pm. Before 6 pm, your guests will have to pay for metered or public lots
